Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions.

Shopping at the Official DUKAS Online Boutique is easy: if you know what you are looking for, use the specific category links, such as ‘Shoes' section on the site. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO BAG' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping Bag' link at the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly edit product details (sizes and quantities), remove them in case you’ve changed your mind or add products to your Wish List. Click on 'Checkout' to complete your order.

Setting up an account is not mandatory, but if you register, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your 'My Account’:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases,
  • Gain access to your ‘Wish List’,
  • Be notified when new products are available
  • Save your address and card details for faster shopping,
  • Manage your account details and newsletter subscriptions.

If you have forgotten your password, visit the 'My Account' section, click on 'Forgot Your Password?' and simply follow the 'Password Reset' instructions. You will receive an email with a new temporary password.

In the Official DUKAS Online Boutique, sizes are based on the Italian sizing system. Where an item runs small or large to size, this will also be identified in the item description.

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, subscribe using your e-mail address and you will be notified once it is back in stock.

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. For further details, please see the SECTION.

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (even if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details: either edit or add a new shipping or billing address or during your next purchase, simply unselect the option "remember my payment details" on the payment page.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes, use General Delivery or deliver to freight forwarding addresses.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will be debited immediately after the completion of the order. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our Customer Service team and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by ‘Orders'.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to only be used as a reference, commences from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Orders'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. To register, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. Please note that in case you subscribed to our newsletter we may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals as well as special promotions. In your 'Wish List' you can save your favourite products, keep track of them and eventually purchase them whenever you please.

To create a ‘Wish List’ you will need to be registered and signed in. When browsing, use 'Add to Wish List' on the product page and items will automatically move into your Wish List, which can be found at the top right of the navigation bar ('heart' symbol). Click on the product image to go to the product page and see more specific details about the item. You can also add to ‘Shopping Bag’, or remove the item.

How to Shop

Shopping at the Official DUKAS Online Boutique is easy!

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

If you are a returning customer and have an account, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the first ‘Checkout’ tab.

You can pre-order a selection of items before they are available. All items of this type can be identified by the PRE-ORDER label visible on the product page. You can buy and receive them at your preferred address as soon as you proceed with the shipment process. If your order is mixed, for example, it includes items already available and those for pre-order, it can be processed in other ways to guarantee faster delivery. We inform you that the payment will take place at the time the order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we send your package.

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) that you wish to purchase. For more information on shipping, click HERE.

At this time, you must verify if your address information is correct, review your order, enter your payment method and click ‘Continue Checkout’. For more information on payment, please read HERE.

After you complete the billing details, you will find in the ‘Order Summary’ a summary of the items you are purchasing and the order total. Click on 'Submit Order' to complete the checkout.

Once the checkout is completed, in 'Your Order Confirmation' page you will find all the details regarding your order, including billing and shipping address, shipping and payment method selected, a summary of your order and the total amount. You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number that you can use to track your order in ‘My Account’. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item(s) have been sent.

Please refer to the fit details in the product description and the sizing chart on the product pages to help you choose the best size. If you are not entirely happy with the size you have purchased, return it for a different one. For more information, please visit our RETURNS AND REFUNDS section.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give our Customer Service written notice within seven working days of receiving your items. On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, our Customer Service team will email you a Return shipping label. 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return.

Shipping rates vary based on shipment type, destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

If you cannot find your location in our list, we recommend you contacting with DUKAS Customer Service and request a shipping quotation based on your exact location before proceeding with an online order. Official DUKAS Online Boutique ships worldwide and the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order.

We recommend that you consider the following information:

- All orders require a signature upon receipt,

- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,

- Our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery,

- If our carriers do not find anyone at the indicated address, they will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Official DUKAS Online Boutique. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

A convenient prepaid label will be sent to you if asked. If you choose to use this label, no postage is required upon carrier collection.

Items that belong to the 'Special Offers' category and have a discount are not eligible for return or exchange or refund.

Items that carry on the 'Black Friday Sale', 'Cyber Monday Sale' badge and have a discount are not eligible for return or exchange or refund.

Items that carry on the 'Online Sale Only' badge and have a discount are not eligible for return or refund only style/size exchange.

Custom made (Special Order) products are not eligible for return or exchange or refund according to our policy and European Union's policy found here.

We are currently unable to support exchanges through www.dukas.com.gr. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and you may place your reorder at any time.

Items purchased from www.dukas.com.gr or DUKAS Showroom are not eligible for price adjustments. Prices will not be adjusted on previously purchased discounted merchandise.

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs).

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, except for custom mad products, you may request a free return within 14 days from delivery of the items, following these simple steps:

1. Access the ‘Contact form’ to be found at the bottom of the main page of Official DUKAS Online Boutique or simply by CLICKING HERE. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order. The details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

2. You will be sent a Return shipping label that you have to attach it in the original package, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Customers from outside the EU must contact us prior their return shipment.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Customer Service will email you a Return shipping label.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in the case of a dispute.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note that you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the order, as described above.

Our return service is not free of charge and the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs that can be found HERE. If you were to decide to use another carrier, we will not refund the cost of the return shipment. We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Send your return from the same Country in which you’ve placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries. Returns which do not respect the conditions above or with missing or incomplete Customs documentation will be refused and returned to the Shipper. Your return package will be accepted within 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse.

No refunds can be made in physical stores except for the issuance of a credit balance for future purchases from the online or physical store within 12 months.

Official DUKAS Online boutique purchases:

For a period of 24 months after the date of your online or Official DUKAS Online Boutique purchase, we will repair any item with a manufacturing defect in materials and/or workmanship (such as broken hardware). However, we cannot guarantee the availability of original parts for all accessories.

Merchandise that has been altered cannot be repaired.

Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear (such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches) cannot be accommodated.

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to DUKAS.

It can take up to eight weeks for the item to be returned to you once it is repaired.

For return authorisation, please contact our customer service. Please include your name, order number, date of purchase, shipping address, and a description of the damage.

Non-DUKAS Stores (Dept. Stores, Specialty Stores)

Repairs for merchandise purchased from a store or website other than Official DUKAS Online Boutique or DUKAS Showroom or are handled personally by the original store or website. Please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.

The Gift Card is issued by the Dukas Chatzidukas & Co LPS company as a means of payment for purchases made at the official brand’s website www.dukas.com.gr or at DUKAS Showroom in Athens.

They can be purchased using any payment method accepted, such as Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer.

Gift Cards have a nominal value of €100, €150, €200, €250, €300, €350, €400, €450, €500, €550, €600, €650, €700, €750, €800, €850, €900, €950 and €1000. The nominal value of Gift Cards corresponds to the amount of money credited to said cards. 

Upon purchase of the Gift Card, a receipt is issued for an amount equal to the nominal value of the card. 

The Gift Card is used exclusively for making purchases from all the products available either from the official brand’s website www.dukas.com.gr or at DUKAS Showroom in Athens.

The Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for money and cannot be used as a credit card. 

The DUKAS Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other DUKAS Gift cards.

No change is given for purchases with the DUKAS Gift Card. The remaining amount credited to the card can be used on future purchases. 

The Gift Card can be used either as a single payment method or in combination with other payment methods such as credit/debit card of credit institutions, etc. That is, if the customer makes a purchase that exceeds the available amount credited to the card, the difference can be paid by any other payment method accepted.

Only one DUKAS Gift Card can be used in each purchase of a product from the official brand’s website www.dukas.com.gr or at DUKAS Showroom in Athens and not more than one in combination. 

The DUKAS Gift Card can be used in as many transactions as the holder wishes until the total amount credited to the card is spent. 

In the event that, due to a technical problem, the transaction cannot be carried out through the Gift Card electronic transaction management system, the cardholder will pay the purchase price using any other payment method accepted where the transaction is carried out.

The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

After the expiration date of the Gift Card, the balance of the card is automatically deleted and it becomes inactive.


The Gift Card is intended for the exclusive use of its owner, since the Gift Card is not registered, i.e. it is not issued in the name of its buyer, the owner of the Gift Card is also personally responsible for its safekeeping and proper use.
 

The company Dukas Chatzidukas & Co LPS that accept the Gift Card bear no responsibility for any loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card. In particular, it is clarified that in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card, it will not be replaced and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation against Dukas Chatzidukas & Co LPS.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks and distinctive features related to the Gift Card belong to Dukas Chatzidukas & Co LPS and are protected by applicable national, EU and international law. The holder is obliged not to take any action that in any way infringes the above rights of Dukas Chatzidukas & Co LPS.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranty regarding the Gift Card, including, without limitation, the warranties regarding merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that the Gift Card does not work, our liability is solely limited to replacing the card in question with another card, to which the unspent balance of the original card will be credited. 

The company's non-exercise of any of its rights arising from the present terms and conditions of use of the Gift Card, will not constitute a waiver of this right and will not affect its future exercise. The possible invalidity of a term from these 

Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. 

The use of the Gift Card constitutes the express and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the card holder. 

Any dispute arising from the purchase and use of the Gift Card falls under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens and is governed by Greek law.

2.12 Upon submission of an order form, the Vendor shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (Terms and Conditions of Sale, the products' main characteristics, detailed information on the price, terms of payment, return policy and shipping costs).

3.1 On www.dukas.com.gr, we only offer products marked with the "DUKAS" trademark. These products are purchased by us directly from the Dukas Chatzidukas Co LPS – a company with registered office in 22 King George B Avenue, 11635, Athens, Greece, VAT EL998558970 – and/or the manufacturer authorised by Dukas Chatzidukas Co LPS.

3.2 The Vendor does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

3.3 The main characteristics of products are shown on www.dukas.com.gr on each product page. The products offered for sale on www.dukas.com.gr may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

3.4 Prices are subject to change and will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

3.5 Addresses to which the Vendor cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.

3.6 All Products sold by www.dukas.com.gr come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. When trying on the products you should not remove or alter the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

4.2 In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, our payment system ensures secure transactions, since all financial information (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) go directly to an external payment service provider (PSP) which, thanks to a VeriSign-certified system based on SSL 128 bit encryption protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions.
